Hi all, Today I am going to write my blog post on the opportunities emerged with the advancement of Digital media for an organization in Travel & Hospitality industry. As we all know the Social Media and Mobile have made lot of our works easier than earlier. Today all of us have at least engaged with one social media network and nobody is going to visit the company for the information search.

The opportunity via social media is still exist even though the journey is over. As the consumers are uploading their images and videos of the journey, update status on social networks on their feeling, share information about the organization, destination, experience, some might write blogs on their trips. Others can read on where to stay and what to do, see and share post-vacation photos and the stories.

On mobile the companies like Airlines, Hotels, Resorts, car rental companies and travel guild services are very much active. Companies let the customers to search information and book travel arrangements. Tasks like trip management, flight checking, hotel checking, checking of schedules,reading reviews and using location-based social networks like Foursquare to connect with friends.
There are lot of opportunities can be identified through digital media for an organization in Travel & Hospitality Industry and companies can gain lot of advantages from them towards their success.
